Membership renews automatically on an annual basis. Network participation fees are non-refundable upon cancellation.

- Term & Renewal — This Agreement is effective upon the date of signing and renews automatically on an annual basis. Creative Economy Finance Network ("CEFN") shall provide written notice of renewal terms to all Network members no fewer than thirty (30) days prior to the annual renewal date.
- Termination — Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. Termination shall not relieve the terminating party of obligations incurred prior to the effective date of termination. Network participation fees are non-refundable upon cancellation, regardless of the date or circumstances of termination.
- Independent Relationship — This Agreement does not constitute, create, or imply an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or any ownership interest in Creative Economy Network, LLC. Participation in the Network does not create any affiliation with, or financial or legal obligation of, Creative Economy Network, LLC, a separate legal entity.
- Confidentiality & Privacy — Each party agrees to hold in confidence the other party's proprietary data, trade secrets, and any other confidential or sensitive information disclosed in connection with this Agreement. Neither party shall disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party. Member information may be used by CEFN solely to communicate network updates, opportunities, and resources relevant to the member's participation.
- Limitation of Liability — Participation in the CEFN Network is voluntary. CEFN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or outcomes resulting from a member's independent use of network resources, tools, introductions, referrals, or information obtained through participation in the Network.
- Representation & Use of Name — Members in good standing may identify themselves as CEFN Network Members and may reference their Network participation in their own communications and materials. Members may not represent themselves as agents, employees, officers, owners, or legal representatives of CEFN, Creative Economy Network, LLC or any affiliated entity, and may not bind CEFN or Creative Economy Network, LLC to any agreement, obligation, or representation without express written authorization.
- Governing Law — This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Acceptance of Terms — Payment of the applicable membership fee constitutes full and binding acceptance of these Terms by the paying party. No separate signature is required for these Terms to be enforceable.
